I am a former professional fighter, drug free bodybuilding champion, strength & conditioning coach & one of the most experienced fitness trainers in the business. I have a niche' for getting individuals lean & defined.
I have created a 12 week program guaranteed to have you in the absolute best shape possible.
This program is divided into 3 distinct nutrition & training phases, each phase building upon the previous one for continuous progress & motivation.
Phase 1) Metabolic adaptation/muscular endurance: During this phase, carbohydrate will be extremely limited to quickly induce ketosis (fat burning). Weight loss should be fairly substantial during this phase, even though you will not be counting calories, merely focusing on the correct food choices.
Phase 2) Cyclical metabolic spikes/hypertrophy: This next phase will consist of brief, weekly
inclusion of a high carbohydrate meal. This will help keep the metabolism revved up, lower cortisol level in the body, and allow the individual to enjoy a night out and relax. This is NOT a cheat meal, it's part of the plan and will actually accelerate fat loss
as well as help to build lean muscle.
Phase 3) Peaking/fat attack: This will be the toughest phase, but will bring the most visual results. This is where you attack bodyfat with an all out assault! The goal in this final phase is to drop 3% of your bodyweight per week, for the final 4 weeks. Yes, it will test you, but you can and should keep the weekly carb meal in place…which really gives you something to look forward to at the end of the week. You should also notice yourself getting visibly leaner almost daily if adhered to strictly.
